- ECWON Customer Registration and Tracking Policy

ECWON will automatically register and track the transaction activities of customers who access our platform through your unique referral link (URL). This link will be provided to you upon joining the ECWON Affiliate Program.

A “Customer” refers to any user who accesses the ECWON platform through your referral link and successfully registers an account. This includes, but is not limited to, users who sign up for our product lines such as Live Casino, Sports, Slots, Keno, and Fishing games. Once registered, these users will be recognized as official ECWON customers and are subject to all applicable terms of service, policies, and operational procedures. To ensure compliance and risk control, ECWON reserves the right to reject registration or close accounts at its sole discretion when necessary.Please note: ECWON only accepts customers residing in Malaysia and Singapore.

- Commission Payment

Your commission will be calculated based on the ECWON Affiliate Commission Plan you have enrolled in. Commissions are paid from the actual net profit generated by the players you referred—those who registered an account through your unique referral link and placed valid bets on ECWON products, including but not limited to Live Casino, Sports, and Slot Games. Net profit is defined as total betting revenue minus payment processing fees, bonuses, rebates, and other applicable deductions.ECWON will pay your referral commission based on a clear and transparent profit-sharing model. - Terms Update and Modification Notice

ECWON reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Affiliate Agreement at any time, including core terms such as commission rates, participation rules, and payment structure. All changes will be announced via the official website and your registered email. If you disagree with the updates, you may terminate the partnership. Continued participation will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.

- Affiliate Commission Terms

Each affiliate may register only once. ECWON will verify IP, name, email, and phone number to prevent duplicate accounts or abuse. If multiple accounts are linked to the same individual, ECWON reserves the right to revoke affiliate status and remove all related data without compensation.

- ECWON Affiliate Referral Link Policy

As an ECWON affiliate, you may only promote using official referral links provided by ECWON. All links directing to ECWON must come from approved promotional materials, such as banners, email templates, or authorized content. Manually creating or altering URLs is strictly prohibited, as official links are the only valid method for tracking referrals, calculating commissions, and measuring conversions.

- Anti-Spam & Unauthorized Promotion Policy

Sending spam or promoting ECWON services through misleading or inappropriate means is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the affiliate agreement without compensation or legal liability. You are not authorized to make statements, guarantees, or commitments on behalf of ECWON under any circumstances.

- ECWON Brand Compliance Policy for Affiliates

Do not register, apply for, or use any domain names that are identical or similar in spelling to ECWON’s official brand or domains. You are also prohibited from using any names, websites, or brand assets that may cause confusion or imply affiliation with ECWON, as this may mislead users and constitute trademark infringement.

- ECWON Trademark Protection

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from purchasing or registering any keywords, search terms, ad identifiers, domain names, or social media handles that are identical or similar to the “ECWON” brand or its variations. Partners are also not allowed to use ECWON-related meta tags or hidden keywords on their websites for the purposes of search engine bidding, traffic manipulation, or brand hijacking.Any violation may result in suspension or termination of the affiliate account, and ECWON reserves the right to withhold any pending commissions.

- ECWON Affiliate Promotion Agent Terms

ECWON grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to promote the platform by referring customers through your unique affiliate link in accordance with this agreement. You may not claim any form of exclusive promotional rights, nor are you entitled to commissions or rewards for customers not directly referred by you. ECWON reserves the right to work with multiple partners simultaneously, and such collaborations shall not be considered a breach of exclusivity or competition.

The customer attribution under your affiliate account will remain valid until the account is terminated. This attribution is strictly non-transferable and may not be shared, reassigned to another account, or requested to be removed from the system under any circumstances.

- ECWON Affiliate Promotional Materials Policy

As an ECWON affiliate, you may only use officially authorized promotional materials provided by us, including banners, images, icons, HTML email templates, and approved ad copy. You are not permitted to modify, replicate, or replace any content, nor may you create ECWON-branded materials on unauthorized domains (such as ecwonsg8.com or ecwon88.com). All referral links and display formats must match the official design to ensure brand consistency and advertising compliance.

- ECWON Affiliate Traffic Integrity Policy

Generating profits through invalid, fraudulent, misleading, or suspicious traffic of any kind is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether actual harm is caused. If ECWON reasonably suspects that your promotional activities involve abnormal traffic patterns—such as bot traffic, fake registrations, or artificial volume inflation—we reserve the right to immediately suspend commission payments and pursue further action in accordance with the Affiliate Agreement.

If any referred customer is found abusing ECWON’s bonuses or promotional offers—regardless of your awareness—ECWON reserves the right to withhold related payments and/or suspend or terminate the associated account. Such abuse includes, but is not limited to, multiple customers placing opposing bets on both sides of an event or market to minimize risk and exploit bonus rewards.

- Affiliate Website Content Responsibility

As an ECWON affiliate, you are fully responsible for the content and operations of your website. All published information must be legal, accurate, and compliant. Misleading or prohibited content is strictly forbidden. If your website causes legal disputes, user complaints, or third-party claims, you shall bear full liability and hold ECWON harmless from any responsibility.

The ECWON Affiliate Program is intended for direct participation only. You may not register an affiliate account on behalf of any other individual or entity. Creating, managing, or transferring accounts for third parties is strictly prohibited. ECWON reserves full discretion to approve or reject any affiliate application.

- During the course of your partnership, you may have access to non-public information or trade secrets related to ECWON’s affiliate operations, technical infrastructure, or commission structures. You are required to keep all data, reports, revenue records, and platform mechanisms strictly confidential. Such information may not be disclosed, reproduced, or used for any unauthorized purpose without prior written consent. This confidentiality obligation remains in effect even after the termination of the partnership, and any breach may result in legal liability.
